Jason-- I haven't pulled the numbers recently from 3DPrinterOS, but I would say that for our open printing environment with ~20 Prusa MK3s, we're somewhere between that 50%-60% success rate that Chris

since spring 2018 we've had a total of 43012 prints sent and of those 23564 are recorded as completed printing.

I have a Stratasys Dimensions 1200es and an F270- they are both constantly breaking down and needing to be repaired. The maintenance package is very much needed because you can’t tinker on either

Stratasys owns MakerBot so I don't know what the comparison would be there rather than the level of technology. Service and part availability should drive his decisions as mentioned by others

Second that. I can't speak to the Makerbot vs Stratasys, but we've had both ULS and Epilogs and found them both to be reliable machines. They've got their quirks, but any laser will. In a makerspace
